These terms apply to sponsor accounts and sponsorship requests made through this organisation.

Account and business information

Sponsors must provide accurate contact, billing and business information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Branding and content

Logos, banners, links and public profile content are subject to organiser review before publication. The organisation may reject material that is unsuitable, misleading or technically unusable.

Packages and availability

Submitting a sponsorship request does not create an active sponsorship agreement. Package availability, placement entitlements, dates and any charges are confirmed by the organiser before activation.

Verification

Sponsor accounts require a verified email address. The organisation may contact the sponsor to verify business details or authorised use of submitted branding.

Changes

Approved sponsor information remains in use until a replacement is approved or the sponsorship ends. Updated sponsor terms apply from the date shown on this page.
